The few examples shown here include:

“The Flavors” which included a Map fold-out menu which told the story of event + map which pin-pointed where all ingredients were sourced from.

The “Lubrizol Dinner” in which each spread opened to each course with close-up photography on ingredients of said course. Event was held at the Cleveland Art Museum.

The final menu pic is of the “Onions” dinner which was printed on a onion like paper stock.
